Bukky helps motivated women in midlife overcome the disruption of hormone chaos which can accompany the menopause transition, so they are happier, fitter, healthier, slimmer, more confident, and fabulous.


Aside from being a Certified Health and Wellness Coach to midlife women, her wellness coaching is underpinned by over 34 years’ experience as a Pharmacist.


Bukky has a special interest in lifestyle medicine and women’s health - specifically the Menopause. 

With her unique, faith & evidence-based coaching, she has helped motivated women in midlife get fitter, healthier, slimmer, more confident, and fabulous. She currently leads a workstream at NHS England helping to develop the National Menopause programme and also helps organisations support and retain highly skilled female talent through menopause training, coaching, and consultancy. 


She is a dynamic and engaging speaker and has featured on various stages and platforms speaking on all things “Women’s Health & Wellbeing”.


Bukky has recently published an amazing self-care tool for midlife women - The “Vibrant Midlife Wellness and Affirmation Journal”


Bukky is passionate about midlife women living in total health and wellbeing.


From her work in Big Pharma, she knows the impact chronic disease can have on women’s lives especially as we grow older add to that menopause symptoms and this can be a “great storm” which impacts women’s health, wellbeing, day to day life, relationships, and their confidence hugely. Bukky has used her unique expert system to overcome some of her own troublesome menopausal symptoms naturally, now at 58, she is the fittest and healthiest she has ever been. She is looking to share her expertise with other midlife women to help them feel fabulous too.


It is her firm belief that women’s health and wellbeing impact not just their lives but their families, communities and ultimately nations. She is on a mission to help women in midlife be healthy and vibrant in body, mind, and spirit. This is her life’s work which ties into the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No.3 – “Good Health and Wellbeing for all” and through her work she hopes to play her part in helping to transform our world by improving the health and wellbeing of her clients. She is also passionate to help change the narrative about health outcomes in the black and ethnic minority community.


When not in healthcare or coaching mode, her other loves are F1 racing, she is a huge Lewis Hamilton fan; Image and Style, Travel, and good food – mainly Nigerian and Mediterranean cuisine. Finally, she is the proud mum of two young adults
